Complaints
If something has gone wrong, please email info@splwebservices.com. We acknowledge complaints within two business days and aim to resolve them within 14 days. Our full process is in section 28 of our Terms & Conditions. For data protection complaints you can also contact the Information Commissioner's Office.
Reporting security issues or abuse
To report a vulnerability in our systems, or spam, phishing, malware or infringing content on a service we host, email info@splwebservices.com with as much detail as you can. Please give us a reasonable chance to fix a vulnerability before disclosing it publicly. See our Acceptable Use Policy.
